The pickup is done at the hotel during available morning and afternoon hours, depending on availability.

Cancellations or modifications made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

The prices apply only to guests staying in La Fortuna de San Carlos or at hotels within a 12 km (8-mile) radius of the town center.

The client must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time. A maximum waiting period of 30 minutes will be granted. If the client does not show up, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
