Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% penalty of the reservation amount.

Prices apply only to guests staying in La Fortuna de San Carlos or at hotels located within a 12 km (8-mile) radius of the town center.

The client must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time. A maximum waiting time of 30 minutes will be granted. If the client does not show up, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
